The 32-page annual report highlights key stories and events from the year. The organization chose the theme “Ordinary Systems, Extraordinary Harm,” and we developed the visual design of the report around that concept. The design drew on symbols of everyday bureaucracy, using them in ways that suggested corruption, control, and institutional harm.
